Therefore, each item has limitations on quantity available on hand. Once the stock is sold out on an item it may not be available again; depending on demand we may decide to reintroduce the item back into stock.
In the very rare case that multiple orders hit us at the same time we could also have a sudden and unexpected out of stock situation. In this case we will offer you a refund or you can opt for a Fullout Tactical Voucher.
Online orders will be directed to our online gateway for online secure payment via Credit Card or EFT.
If you are situated outside of South Africa or simply prefer to deal with us directly, please contact us. We will quote you (also on non-standard shipping charges) and once accepted, we will send you an invoice for payment before we will ship your order.
We will only accept cash for in-person sales if pre-arranged.
Under no condition will we ship, or refund, until funds have cleared into our account.
We have chosen what we believe to be the most effect courier service currently in SA and will do our utmost to assure high quality, prompt delivery and after-sales care. Fairly, we cannot be held responsible for the impact of any breakdown in power or delivery mechanisms.
Each online order is subject to R100.00 delivery fee for delivery anywhere in South Africa, added automatically during the online checkout process. This fee may be updated and changed on our system without notice as dictated by market conditions.
For orders generated outside of South Africa, we will provide a quotation, with custom courier fees, up front.
Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be dispatched via courier from our warehouse within 24 hours from time of order. Orders place Friday to Sunday or on public holidays will be dispatched the first working day thereafter.
You will be sent the tracking number as soon as your item has been handed to the courier.
Estimated delivery times to main centers will be 2 – 3 days from date of dispatch; outlying areas may be subject to unforseen delays.
We stand behind everything we sell! Should you not be entirely satisfied with your item you have 7 days from date of receipt to return the item.
Goods are to be returned in perfect condition, unused and with original packaging. Once we have received the goods back at our warehouse you will be refunded within 5 – 7 working days directly into your account from which payment was made.
Should you need to exchange the apparel for a different size, you would need to return it to us at your courier fee expense. Once the goods are received unused and in original packaging, depending on stock availability at the time of exchange, we will ship your exchange.
Should no stock be available you will be offered the choice of a different item for the same value, a voucher or a refund.

All goods are guaranteed against faulty or defective factory workmanship for a period of 6 months. Fair wear and tear will be accepted but the goods are not covered for any obvious abuse. Goods will need to be returned to the warehouse at your expense for inspection (to consider defect versus wear and tear) and a quality controller decision will then be made on how to proceed with the claim.
Should you then have a warranty claim your item will be replaced. Should that item no longer be available in stock you will be given a voucher for the same value to spend on our website on any other item of your choice.
