SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We stand behind everything we sell! Should you not be entirely satisfied with your item, you have 7 days from date of receipt to return the item.
Goods are to be returned in perfect condition, unused and with original packaging, with tags on items. Once we have received the goods back at our warehouse, you will be refunded within 5 – 7 working days directly into your account from which the payment was made.
Should you need to exchange the apparel for a different size, you would need to return it to us at your (courier fee) expense. Once the goods are received unused and in original packaging, depending on stock availability at the time of exchange, we will ship your exchange.
Should no stock be available, you will be offered the choice of a different item for the same value, a voucher or a refund.
You need to log any returns or exchanges with us via email.
WARRANTY
All goods are guaranteed against defective factory workmanship for a period of 6 months. Fair wear and tear will be accepted, but the goods are not covered for any obvious abuse. Goods will need to be returned to the warehouse at your expense for inspection (to consider defect versus wear and tear), and a quality controller decision will then be made on how to proceed with the claim.
Should you then have a warranty claim, your item will be replaced. Should that item no longer be available in stock you will be given a voucher for the same value to spend on our website on any other item of your choice.
