PAYMENT

Online orders will be directed to our online gateway for online secure payment via Credit Card or EFT.

If you are situated outside of South Africa or simply prefer to deal with us directly, please contact us. We will quote you (also on non-standard shipping charges) and once accepted, we will send you an invoice for payment before we will ship your order.

We will only accept cash for in-person sales if pre-arranged.

Under no condition will we ship, or refund, until funds have cleared into our account.

INVENTORY CONDITIONS

We pride ourselves in regularly introducing new product items, or enhancing existing product lines.

Therefore, each item has limitations on quantity available on hand. Once the stock is sold out on an item it may not be available again; depending on demand we may decide to reintroduce the item back into stock.

In the very rare case that multiple orders hit us at the same time we could also have a sudden and unexpected out of stock situation. In this case we will offer you a refund or you can opt for a Fullout Tactical Voucher.
